The booking policy in brief
  • Deposit and balance: A $25 deposit holds your date; the balance is due on the day.
  • Rescheduling: Reschedule free with more than 48 hours' notice; your deposit moves with you.
  • Cancellation: Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and anything beyond the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Running late: Sessions end at their scheduled time; arriving late shortens the shoot rather than extending it.
  • Weather: Outdoor shoots move to a new date at no cost when weather makes them unworkable.
  • Travel: Sessions within the home area carry no travel fee; further out is a flat fee by zone.
  • Your photos: Edited photos arrive in a private online gallery within the package's turnaround.
  • Using your photos: You can share and print freely with credit; commercial use and edits need a quick conversation.
  • A note on the day: Bring who you like; sessions are a safe and respectful space.
