What you are buying

A photography session and the edited images described in the package you chose. The Studio delivers them through a private online gallery you can download in full.

You may print, share, post and reprint your photographs for your own personal use, as much as you like, forever. Nothing in these terms limits that.

Who owns the photographs

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Zhane Tamia Studios LLC owns the copyright in the photographs it creates. This is the normal arrangement in professional photography.

Owning the copyright is what lets the Studio license its own work; it does not reduce the personal-use rights your package gives you, described above.

Reselling your images, or licensing them to a business for commercial use, is not part of a personal package. If you need commercial rights, ask — it is a different arrangement with its own terms.

Your images are not published without your say-so

Agreeing to these terms does not give the Studio permission to show your photographs anywhere — not on the website, not on social media, not in a brochure.

That permission is a separate form, it is entirely optional, and it asks you use by use. Declining it changes nothing about your session or how you are treated as a client. You can read or sign it at ztstudios.net/consent whenever you like, including long after your shoot.

Editing and delivery

Images are edited in the Studio's own style — colour, exposure, cropping and ordinary retouching. Editing choices are the photographer's professional judgement.

Requests for a specific treatment are welcome and will be accommodated where reasonable. Extensive reworking beyond the agreed package may carry an additional fee, quoted before any work begins.

Unedited or raw files are not delivered.

Payment

A $25 deposit is required to reserve a date. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid — until then the slot stays open to anyone else who asks for it.

The deposit comes off your total; it is not an extra charge. The balance is due by the end of your session, and can be paid online beforehand from your booking page.

Prices are in US dollars. Any travel fee for your location is shown before you pay and is added to the session price.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Cancel within 24 hours of booking and the deposit is refunded in full, no questions asked.

After that the deposit is non-refundable, because the date has been taken off the calendar and turned away from other clients. Cancelling more than 48 hours before the session carries no further charge beyond the deposit.

Sessions need at least 48 hours' notice to book. The full booking policy, including rescheduling, late arrival and weather, is published separately and forms part of these terms.

Artificial intelligence

Zhane Tamia Studios LLC will not sell or license your images for training third-party artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without asking you separately, in writing. This commitment applies whether or not you ever sign a photo release.

It does not prevent the Studio from using the AI-assisted tools built into ordinary photography and editing software to edit or enhance your images.

On the day

Please arrive on time and let the Studio know in advance about anything that affects the shoot — access restrictions at a venue, someone in the party with specific needs, a location that requires a permit.

The Studio may end a session early, without refund, if anyone present behaves unsafely or abusively. This has never happened and is here only so the position is clear.

If something goes wrong

If the Studio has to cancel — illness, equipment failure, anything else — you are offered the first available alternative date, or a full refund including the deposit, whichever you prefer.

In the unlikely event of technical failure causing loss of images, the Studio's liability is limited to a reshoot where that is possible, or a refund of what you paid. The Studio does not accept liability beyond the amount paid for the session.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version you agreed to is recorded with your booking, and that is the version that applies to it — a later revision does not change an agreement already made.
