Photography Consent & Likeness Release

Your photos are yours. This form is only about whether Zhane Tamia Studios LLC may show them too — and you decide use by use.

Signing this is optional. Your session, your photos and your right to use them however you like are exactly the same whether you sign or not, and declining will never affect how you are treated as a client.

What this form does is give Zhane Tamia Studios LLC permission to use your photographs, video, name, likeness and recorded voice — but only for the uses you approve below. Anything you answer "No" to is not authorised.

    This is the widest permission on the form and the only one that puts your likeness in someone else's hands. Once an image is licensed, the studio cannot control where that business uses it, and a stock library may place it somewhere neither you nor the studio would have chosen. Answer No if you are unsure — you can always be asked again about a specific opportunity.

What stays yours

You keep every right you already had. You can print, post, share and reprint your photos as much as you like, forever, with or without this form.

Zhane Tamia Studios LLC keeps the copyright in the photographs it takes, which is the normal arrangement in photography. This form does not change that in either direction, and it does not change the personal-use rights your photography package already gives you — it only covers whether the studio may show the images.

How your photos may be presented

For the uses you approve, photos may be cropped, retouched, colour-graded, resized, enhanced, or combined with text and graphics so they sit properly in a layout or a feed.

They will not be altered in a way that misrepresents you — no changes to your body shape or features beyond ordinary retouching, no compositing you into a scene you were not in, and no caption implying something untrue about you.

The studio will not knowingly use your images in a way that is defamatory, sexually explicit, deceptive or materially misleading.

You are agreeing in advance to the uses you ticked, which means you will not be shown each individual post or page for approval before it goes out.

Artificial intelligence

Zhane Tamia Studios LLC will not sell or license your images for training third-party artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without asking you separately, in writing.

That is different from the editing tools in ordinary photography software, most of which now use AI to remove a blemish, sharpen an eye or clean up a background. Those are used on your photos as part of normal editing.

About payment

This is permission, not a modelling job, and there is no fee for it in either direction — the studio is not paying you for it and is not charging you for it. You will not receive royalties for an approved use.

The session fee you have already paid covers your own photographs and your own use of them. This form is separate from it.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw this permission at any time, in whole or in part, by emailing zhanetamiastudios@gmail.com. You do not have to explain why.

The studio then stops using the photos in the ways you have withdrawn and removes them from everything it controls — the website, its own social accounts, its portfolio — within 30 days.

Three honest limits. Printed material already distributed cannot be recalled. A third party who has already published something — a magazine, a competition organiser, a licensee — is outside the studio's control. And copies other people have already shared cannot be retrieved. Everything the studio itself holds will come down.

Scope and duration

This permission covers the photographs and video from the session identified above, and no others. A future session needs its own form.

It continues until you withdraw it. There is no fixed end date and nothing to renew.

This permission is given to Zhane Tamia Studios LLC — the entity trading as Zhanetamia Studios at ztstudios.net — and extends to anyone working directly for the studio on the uses you have agreed to.

One thing the studio asks in return

Where you have given permission and the studio uses a photo within that permission, you agree not to bring a claim over that particular use — including claims about privacy, publicity, defamation or false light.

This is narrow on purpose. It covers only uses you actually approved, and only while your permission stands. It does not cover a use you declined, anything after you withdraw, or anything unrelated to these photographs.

Signature

Typing your full name below is your signature. The date and time are recorded automatically, along with the version of this document you are agreeing to, so there is never a question later about what was on screen when you signed. You're agreeing to version 2026-08-31 of this form.
